Erratum: “Effect of Temperature and Strain Rate on Mechanical Properties of 63Sn/37Pb Solder Alloy” [ASME J. Electron. Packag., 121, pp. 179–185]

The authors mistakenly stated that the paper “On Constitutive Response of 63/37 Pn/Sb Eutectic Solder,” by A. F. Skipor et al., 1996, ASME J. Eng. Mater. Technol., 118, No. 1, pp. 1–11, covered only the temperature effect in its study of the mechanical properties of 63Sn/37Pb solder, when actually the study by Skipor et al. also includes the effect of strain rate.
